With Unified Messaging controling
call profiles of Incoming calls is as simple as loging
on to your personal Dial Sense communications portal
or using our outlook integration toolbar. Once signed
in you have multiple options as to how incoming calls
are treated. For instance, lets say you are going to
be out of the office but are expecting an important
call from a client, you can set your personal options
so that his call comes through but everyone else goes
to VM, and hears that you are unavailable. Other features

- Find Me Follow Me - When callers dial your number
Dial Sense will try you one number at a time at up
to five locations, each time letting the caller know
that it is searching for you at a new location.
- Simultaneous Ring - When callers dials your number
Dial Sense will ring up to 5 numbers at the same time,
dropping all of the other calls when one of the numbers
called is answered.
- Remote Office - Allows you to turn any phone at
any location into your office phone when working away
from the office. When you call out shows your business
phone number giving appearance that you are in the
office. Great for working from home when you don't
want you use your cell phone or have people knowing
your home phone number.
- Voice Messaging Consolidation - By giving out one
number and using the above features all callers land
in you corporate VM box, saving you from having to
check multiple VM's to get your messages.
